In this way you also prevent heart disease, diabetes and high blood pressure. Walking, dancing, jogging, swimming etc are very good exercises for your health. If possible you should join a gym and lift weights. By doing this you can build muscles and prevent muscle dystrophy and osteoporosis.

Avoid cigarettes and alcohol because they increase the rate of aging process. Alcohol damages your liver due to which blood supply becomes irregular and your skin does not get sufficient oxygen and nutrients. Thus it looks dull and flaky. Consult your dentist frequently to keep your teeth white and clean. Remember, shining teeth is a good sign of younger and healthy people whereas stained or dirty teeth will leave bad impression on others.
