Stressed out? What to do next? Still biting the nails nervously and jumping on your colleagues or else you get touchy? Or burn your heart and puff the clouds of smoke trying to get rid of the unbearable stress. You might have even taken the counseling of a professional. Tried all this but still not able to beat the stress.
Well here are some ways discussed to beat the stress in your working space.
- Take a deep breathe. Practice some of the yoga breathing techniques. This will clear the mind and lungs.
- Go outside your work station and grab fresh air. It works phenomenally on stressed nerves.
- Strolling outside in the green patch or simply waling down the cafeteria for a juice or smoothie will divert the mind.
- A power nap during the lunch break sometimes becomes the ultimate answer.
- Listen to the music or song that relaxes you. Simple smooth jazz or country music can help you unwind as you hum to the music over your computer.
