You can get Vitamin A from foods like eggs, milk, milk products such as cheese, spinach, carrots, broccoli, fish liver oil, cabbage etc. However, you shouldn’t take Vitamin A dose more than 5000IU daily. It improves blood circulation so that your hair can get nutrients in sufficient quantity. Vitamin E is considered to be very beneficial for skin. Vitamin B comprises of many types of vitamins such as Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, and Vitamin B3 etc. These vitamins prevent hair fall and baldness. They give strength to your hair and keep them shining. Egg yolk, meat, liver, milk etc are good sources of B vitamins. These vitamins not only keep your hair healthy but also enhance your overall health and keep your brain functioning properly.
