What Is Premature Ejaculation?
Millions of people all over the world suffer from premature ejaculation. This is mainly a man’s sexual problem and is a condition when a man is unable to control his ejaculation before his partner could reach orgasm. Though he is satisfied, his partner remains unsatisfied. Due to this problem he loses his respect in the eyes of his partner. Some research state that over 20 to 30 % of the total male population, people suffer from premature ejaculation.
Experts opine that it is not a disease. In this condition everything goes fine. A man gets full erection and doesn’t suffer from erectile dysfunction. A man can get involved into sexual intercourse and can make his partner pregnant too. Thus it is not the case of impotency. Only the problem is that he can’t control his ejaculation for a longer period, which makes his partner unhappy. When a man suffers from premature ejaculation, he can get involved into one sided sex only. He can get partial satisfaction but can not satisfy his partner.
There are several reasons for premature ejaculation. It is mostly related to psychological factors. A person who will remain in stress during his sexual act or who has remained in stress for a longer period may suffer from premature ejaculation. Any person suffering from depression may also face this problem. Anxiety is also a major cause of premature ejaculation.
Poor health condition due to some disease also causes premature ejaculation. People who are diabetic are unable to control their ejaculation and ejaculate soon. Many don’t even get complete erection, yet they can ejaculate. Persons suffering from high blood pressure too may face this problem. People who smoke, use alcohol and tobacco in any form are very likely to face this problem. They can’t hold it and ejaculate because their stamina decreases due to nicotine and alcohol. Some injuries like spinal injury too cause premature ejaculation.
Due to lack of experience too some people ejaculate too early but as they get experience, they can hold it for long time. Some hormones too lead to premature ejaculation for example if a man has low level of serotonin in brain, he may suffer from premature ejaculation.
However, premature ejaculation can be cured through regular exercise, proper diet, avoiding stress and anxiety and proper knowledge of sex.
