Why Do Some People Never Fall Sick?

Do you feel jealous of some people who never fall sick and are full of energy all the time? Well, Instead of feeling bad try to cultivate there habits. They are easy and simple to follow.

If you watch these people closely you will find that they are very active physically. They practice some sort of exercise regularly. This improves blood circulation and boosts the immune system and the body is able to fight with the germs better. Furthermore, one thing is related to another, when you exercise you are less stressed because vigorous exercise makes body release happy hormones which make you calm and relaxed.

Another thing that you should take care of is your diet. Eating a nutritious diet helps in improving your health. Quit habits like smoking, drinking, late nights etc. Being on a ‘yo-yo’ diet also affects your health in a negative way. If you feel due to prescription drugs or any other reason your body is deprived of some nutrients then take supplements. Every nutrient has a specific function in our body and lack of it can lower our immunity level.

Maintaining dental hygiene is also very important for a good health. Poor oral hygiene is linked to many serious problems like heart attack.

Another thing which helps to stay healthy is staying relaxed and happy. Try to have lots of friends and good relations with your family. Studies show that people with social support are less prone to illness and live longer. Stress and loneliness can make you depressed and we all know that depression makes our immunity level low which in return makes us less prepared to fight against infections.

It has been proved that our immunity system is repaired while we are asleep. So an eight hour uninterrupted sleep is a must for a good health.

One last reason which I would like to add is when you expect something it happens and some people expect to fall sick. Be positive and stay positive.
