Half spinal twist pose- this as the name suggests twists the nerves laterally and also stretches the ligaments. The abdominal muscles also get toned and it also refreshes the lungs.
Forward bend- it not only reduces the fat of the body but revitalizes the internal organs and the nervous system.
Warrior pose or hands to the feet pose- the waist gets trimmed, it brings in bask the elasticity of the spine and starches the ligaments, legs and hamstrings. The flow of blood to the brain is enhanced.
Spread the leg and bend forward- the hamstrings and the adductor muscles gets stretched. The mind is calmed and the body is energized.
Fish pose yoga- the chest, neck and the back gets toned. It is god for thyroid conditions and the parathyroid glands. The lung capacity gets increased.
Bow yoga- the elasticity of the spine Improves, vitality and posture gets improved. The fats in the abdominal area get reduced. It makes the digestive and the reproductive organs healthy.
Ujjayi breathing technique- the nervous and the digestive system of the body gets strengthened.
Anulom vinulom breathing technique- the flow of prana in the body gets equalized with a regular practice of this everyday for 5-10 mins.
Corpse pose yoga- shavasana as it is called is the classic way to relax. It is meant for final relaxation after doing yoga.
