sometimes nipples gets charged due to moisture .i feel bad when i sit with people n family members.is there any solution for it.also i donot like to wear padded bra.

This is very normal phenomena in some girls they get aroused with certain touches. And sometimes the are simply aroused.
So if you are not comfortable with padded bra then try with some piece of cotton. May be it can help.
