Questions about the products

I ordered two Nano creams last months by paying $180 (with a free beast spray). As everybody else, I was very excited when I was waiting for the product. However, when the package came in, it was in a very dirty box. I was even more surprised by the fact that all three items’ are expiring in May of 2011. Please explain why this happened. By chance? or on purpose? Please also let me know your solution. Thanks. For all of you are thinking about putting your orders, please make sure don’t waste your money on expiring products.

Sir, we package the orders of customers keeping the international standards in mind. Sometimes these products are checked by the customs and get hampered. As they keenly look into every international delivery.
Rest if you are complaining that the product is delivered with close expiry date then it is a very rare mistake. We really apologize for such inconvenience. We can either resend your order if you pay Resend charges or we can give you a refund minus shipping charges.
