Our products are shipped using Postal Service and usually take about 12-14 days to reach your home after your order has been received by us. In some cases, if you are not home the package will be made available at your local post office. The maximum delivery time for any country is around 20- 30 days. If you do not receive the order during this time, you should check with your post office and also email us at tracking@stbotanica.com to get your tracking update. In case of un delivery, we will reship your order. In case you miss a delivery, you might have to pay a reshipping fee.

Now you may also add EMS Shipping to your order. Delivery time for EMS shipping is 7-12 days for Supporting countries.

Returns Policy

We offer a 60 Days Return Policy. Within 60 days you can get the full refund minus shipping charges for unused and unopened products. Please note, the products should not be damadged and send back to us. Refunds are issued on receiving back the products.
