Carry snacks like fruits, nuts, and crackers and eat if you start feeling queasy. Do not skip meals and avoid eating fatty, fried and spicy foods. Take protein rich foods. In morning when you wake up eat some crackers, take rest for 15 minutes and then slowly get out of bed.

Some foods trigger nausea so observe them and avoid these triggers. Eat variety of foods so that you get different nutrients. Keep yourself hydrated by drinking fluids frequently don’t drink fluids during meals and immediately after or before meals. If fruit juices create trouble eat fruits and vegetables high in water content. Instead of hot food, try to eat cold food. Ginger tea is beneficial. You can also sniff ginger or lemons; this may provide relief to upset stomach.

Take sufficient physical rest and take a short nap during day time. Go for walk in fresh air or do some light exercise. Take your vitamin at such time when you have least nausea. Wear small sea bands on each wrist; this will help reduce nausea. If your nausea worsens, do not take anti-sickness tablets yourself and see your doctor.
