RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
Our products cannot be returned or exchanged except if You have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a product which is different from the product described in the invoice (in which case the return should be made with original packaging tags, labels, original packing, without tampering of serial number, along with freebies and other accessories and the return should be initiated within seven (7) days from date of order delivery).
Please note St. Botanica will not accept returns for products on account of colour mismatch, difference in finish, difference of shade, etc., unless there is a mismatch between the invoiced and the delivered product.
You can follow a few simple steps to initiate Your return within seven (7) days of receiving the order:
Step 1: Contact Our Customer Support team via email on email@example.com within seven (7) days of receiving the order. You can also call us at 022-48914525.
Step 2: Provide St. Botanica with Your order ID details and Your request to return/replace the defective/wrong items in Your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for Our reference.
Step 3: A St. Botanica delivery partner will pick up the products within two (2) to four (4) business days. St. Botanica will initiate the replacement process only if the products received by St. Botanica are in their original packaging with their seals, labels intact.
I have received a damaged or defective item/wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?
Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave Our logistics partner's warehouse. In rare case that Your product may be damaged during shipment or transit, You can request for a replacement or cancellation by following the steps enumerated hereinabove.
Note: Replacements are subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement may not be available, St. Botanica will refund You the full amount.
Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?
Yes. The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.
Cancellation before shipment:
If the order or the item(s) that You want to cancel have not been shipped yet, You can write to Our customer support team on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 022-48914525.
Cancellation of order is also available via the “My Orders” section in the St. Botanica Site
In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to You within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) business hours after the cancellation request is accepted by Us.
Cancellation post shipment:
If You wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with Our Customer Support team on email@example.com or call us on 022-48914525.
a) In case You have cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company on Our end, they may still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.
b) Once St. Botanica receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, St. Botanica will refund Your money within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) business hours.
